Things to know

Please arrange your arrival so that you are at the Rifenalbahn by 15:30 or at the Venet Station by 16:00. If you are stuck in traffic or have an accident that delays your arrival, please let us know.

Since the road leading to the hut is only passable in summer, you can only reach us in winter via the Venet cable car lifts. we recommend arriving via the "Rifenalbahn" chair lift. There you drop off your luggage at the valley station and we will fetch it from the mountain station to the hut.

Guests with packages including lift tickets get a free ride up the mountain on the Rifenal lift to get to the hut. You will then receive your ski pass in our house!

You can park your car free of charge at the Venet valley station or the Rifenal car park.

Everything is provided in the rooms. Please bring towels for the dormitories. Hut slippers are recommended, as the rooms and camps may not be entered with skis and mountain boots.

The ski and toboggan rental is located directly at the valley station of the Venet cable car.

We have a certain number of sledges available for our house guests.

The rental is free of charge for our guests!

The ski school office is at the Venet cable car valley station.

When eating food and drinks brought into the restaurant, the otherwise so friendly landlord becomes GRUMPY!

We have free internet at our hut.

The Venet train departs every half hour. But it only stops at the middle station
only every hour on the hour!
From the middle station it is about 10 minutes to the hut.
The last cable car leaves at 17:00

You can buy your ticket as early as the top station! It is valid the next day for the onward journey!

If you do not reach the last Venet cable car, we offer you a
shuttle service to the hut for Euro 15,- per person. (from 2 persons)

Our rich breakfast is also available in buffet form
from 6:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

You can eat as much as you like.
However, if you would like to take lunch sandwiches from the buffet
from the buffet we charge € 1,50 per loaf.

We serve dinner at 18:30 in buffet form.
There is soup, salad and main course.

If you have any intolerances, please let us know when you register.

In the dormitory you may only sleep with a hut sleeping bag!

You do not need sleeping bags in the 4 & 5 bed rooms.
Fresh towels are also available.
Shower and WC are in the room!

If you have booked our E5 package, you can have one set of laundry (T-shirt, trousers, underpants, socks) washed for free per person.
(T-shirt, trousers, pants, socks) free of charge.

We wash the laundry with a short programme at 38° degrees.
Afterwards, the clothes are put in the tumble dryer!
The laundry is dried at a low temperature.

Please put the laundry in the laundry basket in the basement by 18:30 at the latest!
It will be ready by 22:00 at the latest.

We are not liable for any damage to the clothes!
